Business Analyst

Overview

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
• Examine the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together.
• Evaluate the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions.
• Identify the needs of customers, envision future improvements or solutions, and conduct detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Anaplan.
• 15 years full time education.
• Must have: Proficiency in Anaplan.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business needs.
• Experience in process mapping and documentation to support system design and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions within business and technology contexts.

Nice to have

• Experience with OneStream, Extensive Finance, SmartCPM.
