Business Analyst – Global Project Management

Overview

Business Analyst for Global Project Management, supporting techno-functional work between business stakeholders and technology teams in Chennai.

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for administrative/business processes.
• Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and determine resource requirements.
• Monitor and report project status on cost, timing, and staffing.
• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows for project management-related applications.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Define and support UAT with test planning, execution tracking, defect clarification, and quality reporting.
• Run training sessions and support application rollout and adoption from the business perspective.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a similar role in Manufacturing or Industrial domains.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and multi-unit application environments.
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, solution deployment, and end-user engagement.
• Experience integrating various tools including SAP and MS 365.
• Ability to develop solutions for project management, quality, or supply chain functions.
• Bachelor of Engineering or business administration or equivalent.
