Business Analyst+Guidewire - Manager

Overview

Lead client-focused data and analytics engineering work within the Advisory practice, shaping data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights and supporting Guidewire-related delivery across client engagements.

What you'll do

• Lead data engineering workstreams for Guidewire-related client engagements and coordinate delivery across teams
• Manage planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of data modernization projects
• Guide the design and build of data pipelines, data integration processes, and data transformation solutions
• Review data architecture, data modeling, and data warehouse approaches to support scalable platforms
• Direct the use of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake in client solutions
• Validate data quality, data validation, and data security practices across development activities
• Mentor team members, coach performance, and use work reviews to develop technical skills
• Address delivery issues, project risks, and stakeholder concerns across complex client environments

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
• Demonstrating Guidewire business analysis across modernization efforts
• Leading client-facing workstreams through planning and delivery
• Analyzing system interactions across data and process flows
• Mentoring teams through feedback and performance coaching
• Applying Agile methods across analytics and engineering projects
