Overview

As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state.
• Capture high-level requirements and define business solutions.
• Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.
• Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

What you'll need

• Must have: proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business requirements clearly.
• Experience in translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Ability to develop comprehensive business cases supporting strategic initiatives.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
