Business Architect

Overview

Business Architect role focused on identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions that translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state.
• Capture high-level requirements and define business solutions.
• Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.
• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
• Must have skill: Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Skilled in designing operating models that integrate business and technology solutions.
• 15 years full time education is required.
