Business Development Associate - Fresher

Overview

Entry-level Pre-sales Associate role in the Business Development team, supporting the sales cycle through lead qualification, proposals, and client demo assistance.

What you'll do

• Qualify leads using initial outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
• Help schedule demos, client meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Track leads and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with product team and the team lead to gather information for client queries.
• Participate in team meetings to learn sales techniques and market trends.
• Work toward weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach targets.

What you'll need

• Be a fresher with no prior work experience required (training provided).
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Be eligible as a 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduate.
• Have strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrate time management skills.
• Be results-driven with enthusiasm for learning.
• Be comfortable working with the international (US) market.
