Business Development Representative

Overview

Drive new business opportunities by qualifying inbound and outbound leads, generating pipeline, and matching technology solutions to customer needs.

What you'll do

• Identify and create sales opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.
• Achieve monthly quotas for passed closed opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound lead-generation strategies.
• Run marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and conversions.
• Engage prospects and customers by telephone and online chat to qualify leads.
• Analyze and report performance, campaign, and operational data.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to improve execution and team results.

What you'll need

• Curiosity, motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to quickly understand technology value propositions.
• Ability to demonstrate business value propositions.
• Fluency in German.
• Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid setup.

• Location: Dublin, Ireland.
• Work arrangement: Hybrid, with attendance at the Dublin office three days per week.
