Business Performance and Analytics Manager

Overview

The Business Performance & Analytics Manager leads business intelligence, performance reporting, digital solutions, and advanced analytics for the Global Planning Network and Site Supply Chain organizations.

The role ensures standardized, accurate, and timely analytics and executive reporting to support data-driven decisions across the end-to-end supply chain.

What you'll do

• Integrate business performance for AIN across the Global Planning Network and Site Supply Chain organizations.
• Define and govern common KPI definitions, reporting standards, and performance governance processes.
• Lead recurring and ad hoc reporting delivery, including executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Provide analytics leadership across planning processes such as Supply Planning, Raw Materials Planning, Inventory Planning, and Integrated Business Planning.
• Lead site and manufacturing supply chain analytics with standardized metrics and reporting processes.
• Collaborate on enterprise analytics capabilities (dashboards, self-service reporting, data visualization, predictive analytics, AI-enabled decision support).
• Partner with Finance to improve visibility of supply chain financial performance and value delivery.

What you'll need

• 8-13 years of experience in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related business functions (or equivalent education/experience).
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes and site supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of enterprise reporting/analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, BusinessObjects, SQL, Python, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of SAP platforms including S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, and IBP.
• Experience partnering with Finance for business performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent while managing competing priorities.
