Overview

Business Process Designer who analyzes, develops, and improves workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimized solutions.

What you'll do

• Analyze current workflows to find process improvement opportunities.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather detailed requirements and use cases.
• Design continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms to refine processes over time.
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support junior team members with guidance and best practices.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance functional.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design.
• Experience gathering and documenting detailed business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Ability to design continuous monitoring frameworks to track process performance.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
