Business Process Expert / SAP OTC

Overview

Business Process Expert specializing in SAP OTC, supporting EMEA SAP S/4HANA roll-outs and integrations as part of the regional business process team.

What you'll do

• Independently manage process design and implementation of business requirements and IT solutions in international SAP projects.
• Collaborate on SAP OTC template design and the roll-out program.
• Review and adjust processes during transformation from S/4 compatibility mode to S/4 standard.
• Support design and implementation of new processes and system changes.
• Process enquiries from SAP process managers, analyze errors, and coordinate corrective measures.
• Create user documentation, process descriptions, and analyses of change requests.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in the OTC domain.
• At least 4 years in OTC Process Architecture & Design.
• Functional SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking for complex enquiries.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• A degree in business administration or comparable qualification.

Details

• Location: Mannheim, BW, Germany.
• Travel in the EMEA region: 20–30%.
