Campaign Operations Manager

Overview

The Campaign Operations Manager develops and delivers digital marketing campaigns supporting integrated marketing, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and partner channels. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders on end-to-end campaign delivery, execution strategy, technical requirements, delivery timelines, performance evaluation, and optimization.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns, including campaign and email builds, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous evaluation for process improvements.
• Administer the day-to-day needs of the marketing automation stack.
• Assist with the integration of additional systems.
• Work with channel managers and the marketing operations team to track and deliver campaign KPIs.
• Create recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.
• Support marketing operations processes and initiatives around the lead lifecycle, lead nurturing, data cleansing, and workflow automation.
• Manage multiple campaigns and requests while maintaining high attention to detail and quality of deliverables.
• Contribute to process documentation, templates, and enablement.
• Share campaign best practices with teammates and stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience executing campaigns within a marketing operations function.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce.
• Deep hands-on expertise with marketing database management.
• Superior communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Strong independent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency at handling multiple tasks and projects.
