Supply Chain Analyst, Labor Planning

Overview

Support labor and capacity planning across fulfillment centers by analyzing requirements, building planning tools, and optimizing labor allocation for cost and SLA performance. The role reports to the Supply Chain Operations, Labor Planning Manager.

What you'll do

• Assess current and projected labor capacity across fulfillment centers.
• Maintain staff planning models for all facilities.
• Build and maintain labor planning tools and dashboards.
• Run analytical simulations and reconcile data across systems.
• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional stakeholders on labor plans.
• Support peak season planning and strategic expansion initiatives.
• Develop centralized reporting solutions for planning.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of labor or capacity planning experience in warehousing or fulfillment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SQL.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Effective stakeholder communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PowerBI.
• Experience with Python.
