Capital Markets Operations Associate

Overview

Capital Markets Operations Associate in Accenture's GCAS team, handling client reporting and asset data management across capital markets and mutual fund product lines.

What you'll do

• Monitor and report on client portfolio performance, and answer standard and moderately complex client inquiries about client reporting operations.
• Produce branded reports (Factsheets, Quarterly Reviews, Pitchbooks), custom reports, DDQs, MiFID II reports, reconciliations and commentary.
• Review data used to support business initiatives.
• Provide analysis and development of reports on account activities, performance and investment-related practices and procedures.
• Maintain the reporting system clients use to generate portfolio reports, and train clients on it.
• Interpret and suggest programs or improvements to services to improve client service and operational experience.
• Develop expertise in investment data and compliance requirements.
• Define and deliver asset data management solutions to capture, validate and improve plant, equipment, bill of material and maintenance plan data and install base management.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Asset Data Management (P3).
• Working and conceptual knowledge of capital markets and mutual funds.
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver who understands details and actively participates in execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A client service-oriented manner.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet stringent deadlines and unpredictable work volumes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience of Seismic and/or Coric will be a value add.

• Location: Navi Mumbai.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Works independently within guidelines and policies, with detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks.
