Channel Sales Associate (NC/SC)

Overview

Channel Sales Associate (CSA) serving as a primary touchpoint for existing end-user accounts in an assigned territory, qualifying leads and prospecting opportunities.

What you'll do

• Conduct proactive outreach to existing customers within the territory.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and video.
• Run discovery calls and lead web demonstrations for physical security solutions.
• Qualify inbound sales leads and collaborate with Channel Sales Executives on regional quota targets.
• Manage smaller channel opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Use Salesforce to track activity, tasks, leads, and opportunity pipeline data.
• Work primarily from the office and participate in local industry events.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Salesforce proficiency to manage leads and maintain pipeline accuracy.
• Experience using web demonstration tools to present product features remotely.
• Technology & SaaS sales experience with structured sales cycles and enterprise technical environments.
• Discovery skills to uncover core business needs through structured questioning.
• Cross-channel communication skills for live, video, and written interactions.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
