Overview

Client Account Lead - Strategy & Transformation (Logistics/Transportation) for Celonis’ Client Value Partner (CVP) role, focused on data-driven customer success and business transformation with strategic customers.

What you'll do

• Serve as accountable lead for customer success and trusted advisor for strategic customers.
• Engage C-level executives to define long-term vision for using Celonis to transform the business.
• Lead account programs end-to-end across the customer value journey and drive measurable impact.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure engagements are properly staffed.
• Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams in a timely manner.
• Organize customer advisory boards and act as the voice of the customer internally.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience required.
• Strong experience driving large-scale transformation programs, re-engineering engagements, and implementations.
• Logistics client/process experience is crucial.
• Deep exposure to successful change management practices.
• Native-level German proficiency (written and spoken) required.
