Customer Success Manager - EMEA

Overview

Customer Success Manager - EMEA is the post-sales primary point of contact for customers, leading customer engagements across onboarding, implementation, and adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead customer engagements covering onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
• Drive success planning by aligning requirements, goals, and challenges with teams.
• Support business value realization so customers can demonstrate and prove value internally.
• Act as the voice of the customer and advocate customer needs internally.
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to resolve customer issues.
• Develop technical knowledge to help customers optimize their use of Chainguard.
• Coordinate training with customers and the Edu team on product features and security principles.

What you'll need

• 5+ years experience in enterprise customer-facing roles collaborating with technical and business teams.
• Domain knowledge in one or more areas like Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, regulatory compliance, or vulnerability management.
• Ability to take full ownership of a customer portfolio with high autonomy.
• Strong collaboration skills working across internal teams.
• Strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes or practices.
