Growth Leader CSM (M/F/D)

Overview

Growth Leader CSM works with the Growth Sales and local Account Management teams to grow business and build a pipeline of new driveway opportunities across the DACH region.

What you'll do

• Manage CSM opportunities through the selling cycle from screening to closing.
• Develop new driveways in the assigned region and business sector.
• Build and manage a pipeline and strategy for sustainable success for the assigned region/sector.
• Provide sales support to Account Management for industrial applications.
• Collect and analyze business intelligence to define a proactive winning strategy.
• Sell the full portfolio of Chemical Monitoring Solutions (CMS) products and services.

What you'll need

• 4 years’ experience in the water treatment field (with a B.S. degree in specified fields) or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline plus 4 years’ experience.
• At least 5 years sales experience in industrial water treatment service chemicals.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and open communication.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
