Senior Applied Value Engineer

Overview

Senior Applied Value Engineer focused on translating customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects, and driving measurable business impact using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform.

What you'll do

• Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges to find problem-solution fit.
• Translate strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices.
• Run value assessments/proof-of-value projects and communicate roadmaps to C-level executives.
• Facilitate value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities.
• Own the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in an analytical role to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
• Experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience identifying process improvement business use cases and deploying improvement measures.
• Project management experience managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
