Lead Value Engineer - Insurance

Overview

Lead Value Engineer focused on architecting and driving large-scale AI and data-driven business transformation in Financial Services, primarily Insurance, using the Celonis Context Model.

What you'll do

• Map how the Celonis platform accelerates and underpins the customer’s enterprise AI strategy.
• Take end-to-end accountability for massive ROI targets.
• Lead complex, multi-workstream value workshops and craft board-level executive narratives.
• Execute C-level orchestration and cultivate executive sponsorship across the C-suite.
• Steer and govern massive, cross-regional transformation programs.
• Drive adoption via enterprise-wide change management and build CoE operating models for self-sufficiency.
• Orchestrate Applied Value Engineers for complex solution architectures using advanced copilots.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of highly relevant experience owning multiple strategic workstreams.
• Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS.
• Master AI-fluent operator who uses AI to scale outputs and guide complex solution design.
• Expert knowledge in Insurance and wider Financial Services market dynamics.
• Proven ability to mobilize C-suite sponsorship.
• Flawless English and German with exceptional executive presence.
• Engineering/CS/Math/Business Analytics degree (or Business/Economics degree with a technical minor).
