Client Value Partner- AI-Driven Transformation & Process Intelligence (Logistics/Transportation)

Overview

Client Value Partner (CVP) role within Celonis’ Value Engineering team, accountable for customer success and data-driven transformation with strategic customers.

What you'll do

• Act as an accountable program lead and engagement manager for strategic customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and align engagements to strategic objectives.
• Ensure engagements are properly staffed using resources from cross-functional Celonis teams.
• Drive measurable customer value by influencing stakeholders with executive communication and domain expertise.
• Own customer value realization, including roadmap/value plans and timely, high-quality delivery.
• Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams.
• Organize customer advisory boards and act as the voice of the customer internally.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related areas.
• Strong experience leading large-scale transformation and process re-engineering engagements.
• Logistics client/process experience is crucial.
• Deep exposure to successful change management practices.
• Native-level or near-native German proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
