Client Services Rep 1

Overview

Client Services Rep 1 provides guided day-to-day support to clients, builds technical and interpersonal skills, and ensures timely communication of support issues.

What you'll do

• Train over time to provide day-to-day guidance and support to clients.
• Learn technical skills to answer client queries, maintain logs, and follow through.
• Build interpersonal skills to develop business relationships with defined clients.
• Develop understanding of clients’ potential business needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of support issues to relevant departments.
• Support other team members.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Some related work experience (required).
• Ability to use PC applications such as Excel.
• Effective written and oral communication with various organizational levels.
• Ability to perform some analysis and information gathering to resolve routine problems.
