Clinical Research Associate I

Overview

Clinical Research Associate (CRA I) responsible for clinical monitoring activities for global projects in India.

What you'll do

• Conduct and report onsite monitoring visits.
• Support study startup activities.
• Perform CRF review, source document verification, and query resolution.
• Facilitate site budgets and contract negotiations.
• Monitor trial progress at the country level.
• Manage site communication and serve as a point of contact for support services and vendors.
• Support regulatory teams with documents for study submissions.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of independent on-site monitoring experience in India.
• Experience with all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III.
• Education includes a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, RN, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Ability to plan and multitask in a dynamic team environment.
• Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in Multiple Sclerosis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Oncology, or Infectious Diseases.
