CMR Project Leader

Overview

Lead the end-to-end Contract Margin Review (CMR) process for assigned Customized Service Agreement (CSA) contracts, owning the technical modeling, cross-functional collaboration and margin controllership for Aviation Services.

What you'll do

• Execute and audit the technical modeling for assigned contracts as part of the CMR and Technical/Commercial Actions.
• Engage horizontally with Customer Program Manager, Finance, Engineering, Risk, Sales and Product Line Lead to continuously identify risks, opportunities and the Technical/Commercial Action pipeline to increase contract profitability.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical model along with understanding of its financial impact on contract margin.
• Perform detailed Actualization root cause analysis and explain findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Identify contract Leading Indicators of pressure, share them with the broader team, and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Complete Commercial/technical action modeling and strategic view/impact in a timely fashion to meet business needs.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 years professional work experience.
