What you'll do

• Collect overdue debt using phone, email, and official correspondence.
• Analyze client accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve payment issues.
• Identify root causes of late payment, short-payment, or non-payment and plan resolution.
• Research payment activity and prepare account reconciliations for data accuracy.
• Track collection performance using metrics and detailed reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer disputes.
• Recommend ways to improve collection strategy and reduce aged debts.
• Stay updated on debt recovery best practices and ensure compliance with legal standards.

What you'll need

• 2 years of higher education or equivalent experience.
