What you'll do

• Analyze collection data to identify trends and improve collection efficiency while reducing outstanding debts.
• Monitor payment transactions to detect delinquent accounts and take timely risk-minimizing action.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Implement and adhere to collection policies and procedures per regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline collection workflows and improve operational effectiveness.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or Marketing.
• Hold (or equivalent) certifications including Certified Data Management Professional - Riversand and Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management - ServiceNow.
• Have required language: English.
• English proficiency level: Upper Intermediate (B2).
