Commercial Counsel

Overview

Commercial Counsel role expanding the legal team in EMEA, focused on data privacy and contract work with Wiz’s revenue teams.

What you'll do

• Act as a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a range of legal agreements.
• Advise on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to close contracts and communicate legal risks to business teams.
• Triaging a high-volume workflow by setting priorities and delivering results efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.
• Manage agreements to comply with company policies and risk tolerance.

What you'll need

• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one European country.
• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of contracts, including SaaS, professional services, partner agreements, and NDAs.
• Strong communication skills in English and either French or German (written and verbal).
• Comfort collaborating in a low-hierarchy environment.
• Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship.
