Commercial Lending Servicing Associate

Overview

Commercial Lending Servicing Associate supporting servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans.

What you'll do

• Provide support for servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans
• Coordinate resolution of open issues with customers and interact with internal and external customers
• Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence, and ongoing portfolio maintenance for low to medium tasks and deliverables
• Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
• Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Provide guidance and training to peers
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable

What you'll need

• 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
