Overview

Corporate Banking Operations Officer for Loan Operations supporting Global Credit Finance (GCF) loan servicing and related loan accounting activities.

What you'll do

• Service credit facilities on the bank’s loan accounting system(s).
• Process cash transfers and handle deal closing, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, pre-payments, funding, rate-fixings, fees, and external payments.
• Perform Nostro & past due reconciliation and review exception reports.
• Reconcile general ledger/demand deposit accounts and document discrepancies timely.
• Monitor day-to-day team performance to ensure SLAs are met and escalate exceptions for resolution.
• Maintain letters of credit and manage interest and fee logs; handle client lifecycle event queries.

What you'll need

• Around 10 years of experience in Loan Operations (bilateral, agented and non-agented).
• General understanding of accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational skills to prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to perform general analysis of credit documentation.
