Overview

Country Manager, India is a regional sales leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through a high-performing sales team.

What you'll do

• Own regional sales strategy and execution for new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
• Recruit, develop, manage, and retain sales talent and foster accountability and high performance.
• Coach the team on deal strategy, territory planning, discovery, and execution across the full sales cycle.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting and partner engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with channel, marketing, customer success, and sales operations to remove friction and improve customer experience.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and share insight on performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee commercial pricing strategies and maintain sales discipline, including pipeline management and deal hygiene.

What you'll need

• Have 10+ years in B2B sales.
• Have 3+ years in a leadership or front-line management role.
• Demonstrate experience leading teams in high-growth tech or cybersecurity companies.
• Have deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, channel ecosystems, and strategic account planning.
• Maintain a track record of quota attainment and driving revenue growth in both new business and customer expansion.
• Be experienced operating within sales systems such as Salesforce and Clari.
