Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Lead the design, development, and configuration of custom ServiceNow applications while serving as the primary stakeholder contact and coordinating delivery across teams.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of custom applications.
• Manage team activities and contribute as a subject matter expert.
• Make decisions for the team and contribute to key decisions across teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot application and technical issues.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
• Experience designing and configuring scalable ServiceNow applications.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and best practices.
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration techniques and data management.
• 15 years of full-time education.
