Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Develop, enhance, and maintain custom software components using graph databases, modern frameworks, and agile practices. Collaborate across teams, make technical decisions, and mentor junior team members.

What you'll do

• Analyze client requirements and design software components.
• Code and test application software components.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Lead process improvements for team productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members through technical challenges.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with graph databases.
• Proficiency in graph databases.
• Strong understanding of graph database architectures and query languages.
• Ability to design and optimize complex data structures.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with data modeling techniques and methodologies.
• Experience integrating graph databases with application frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in graph database environments.
