Customer Experience Associate

Overview

Customer Experience Associate providing digital-first trading support to a global client base.

What you'll do

• Deliver multi-channel customer support via calls, live chats, and emails.
• Handle customer queries across products, markets, and trading platforms.
• Work on a 5-day rotational shift schedule to meet targets.
• Maintain 80%+ CSAT and achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Collaborate with local and global operations teams for fast issue resolution.
• Escalate cases to senior team members when needed and resolve issues first-time where possible.
• Contribute to training materials and process documentation.

What you'll need

• Customer-facing experience handling complex, sensitive issues.
• Excellent communication skills across voice and written channels.
• Strong numerical and reasoning aptitude for interpreting data.
• Availability for rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Interest in financial markets and trading/investing.
• Strong customer service focus with empathy for de-escalation.
