Overview

As an Integrated CX Strategy - Experienced Associate, you will provide consulting on customer-related strategies and initiatives, helping clients enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and develop customer-centric solutions for customer experience improvement.
• Analyze customer touchpoints and design customer journey maps.
• Guide clients from discovery and experience definition through requirements, prioritization, and implementation support.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
• Conduct research and current-state assessments, including stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops.
• Translate research and business/operational needs into experience concepts and actionable requirements.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in customer experience strategy, service design, digital transformation, product delivery, or business analysis in consulting/global delivery.
• Understanding of customer experience frameworks, human-centered design, journey mapping, and experience measurement.
• Strong business analysis capabilities including elicitation, decomposition, functional analysis, traceability, prioritization, and validation.
• English proficiency (oral and written).
• Bachelor's and/or MBA in Sales/Marketing/Strategy/Analytics from a premier B-School.
