Customer Experience Partner (4PL) supports customers after onboarding in the Maersk environment, covering customer service activities and related administrative support.

What you'll do

• Manage customer channels.
• Handle case management.
• Support customer onboarding and relationship management.
• Manage customer contracts and disputes.
• Support others through skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks.

What you'll need
