Customer Lifecycle Program Manager

Overview

Customer Lifecycle Program Manager to run scalable customer lifecycle programs and enable Customer Success teams to improve retention and growth.

What you'll do

• Design and run lifecycle programs including onboarding, adoption nudges, renewal, and win-back.
• Deliver digital motion via in-app guides, email/automation sequences, webinars, help content, and community.
• Use data and health scores to segment and prioritize, intervening for at-risk and expansion-ready customers.
• Partner with Ops, Marketing, and Product to build plays and measure impacts on metrics.
• Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and tooling for execution and tracking.
• Analyze business performance to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.
• Lead the training agenda for the regional team, covering new tool adoption, product training, commercial speech, and pricing analysis.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a global organization.
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with building AI tools (strong advantage).
• Experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools (strong advantage).
