What you'll do

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
• Diagnose and resolve queries related to loan applications, payments, and account updates.
• Interpret and explain company policies, financial products, and service terms.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and resolution records in the CRM.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant departments and provide status updates.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and collaborate with the tech team on system issues.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and follow SOPs/SLAs.

What you'll need

• Experience delivering results in a fast-moving business with comfort handling change.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to interact with customers daily via live chat and email.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
