Customer Service Representative

Overview

Customer Service Representative responsible for accurate sales order processing, customer/order data maintenance in ERP, and ensuring timely order fulfillment in line with SLAs.

What you'll do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently for timely entry and fulfillment.
• Verify customer, pricing, product, and delivery information before order release.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation in ERP.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, and credit requests per policy.
• Prepare quotes for after-market spare orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery dates in ERP.
• Maintain customer records, sales logs, and update metrics for review meetings.
• Create new customers in the ERP system.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in sales order processing, order management, or similar.
• ERP proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy/organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple orders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to order-related issues.
