Customer Service Representative - 11:30am - 8pm PST

Overview

Provide remote contact center support to Early Out Service patients and clients by handling calls, resolving account questions, and processing payments.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls while meeting production standards.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and follow customer-specific procedures.
• Assist with medical billing questions and financial assistance programs.
• Set up payment plans and process payments.
• Schedule callbacks and complete required documentation.
• Protect confidential customer information.
• Collaborate with team members and complete additional assigned tasks.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Availability for the 11:30 a.m.–8 p.m. CST shift, Monday–Friday.
• High-speed home internet that is not cell-based.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to resolve issues, work independently, and contribute as a team member.

Nice to have

• At least one year of remote phone-based customer service experience.
