Customer Support Executive | International

Overview

Customer Support Executive (International) providing post-sale customer service and support to business and end-consumer customers, across remote and distribution center workflows.

What you'll do

• Handle post-sale technical and/or non-technical customer service and support.
• Provide remote customer service via phone, online chat, or text.
• Respond to high-volume, low-complexity inquiries using call-center support.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues for lower-volume, higher-complexity inquiries (office environment).
• Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments regarding customer orders.
• Provide customer support in a walk-in service center, including product returns/repair center support.

What you'll need

• Have basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.
• Be able to solve routine issues independently, with occasional deviations or improvements to standard procedures.
• Work with moderate supervision.
• Have vocational or basic technical education may be required.
• Have knowledge applicable to supporting business and end-consumer customers.
