Cybersecurity ServiceNow Developer

Overview

Develop and support ServiceNow solutions for Dow's IT Service Management and cybersecurity platform, partnering with Service Managers to manage service design, transition and operations.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and develop new ServiceNow capabilities to meet business requirements and define a service deployment strategy that meets client needs.
• Maintain service operations material to support adoption and operational reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Drive and lead continuous improvement efforts and meet or exceed client satisfaction goals and SLAs.
• Work closely with the Service Manager and other team members to ensure timely, quality delivery of Service Management solutions and operation of production solutions.
• Perform development work in ServiceNow.
• Assist with issue resolution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in IT discipline or a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, facilitative and communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge in ServiceNow platform development, ITIL Framework, IT Service Management, ITIL Service Operations, JavaScript, SDM, DevOps and Agile Methodologies.
• Experience configuring the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted APIs, Business Rules and UI components.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including Vulnerability Management, Security Posture Management, Compliance, Risk Management, and Identity & Access Management.
• Experience building code for ITAM, SIR (Security Incident Response), IRM (Integrated Risk Management), OTM, etc.
