Dam Instrumentation & Monitoring Specialist (International Expert)

Overview

Dam Instrumentation & Monitoring Specialist (International Expert) responsible for coordinating and implementing DHARMA-related instrumentation and monitoring activities for dam safety systems.

What you'll do

• Serve as the Nodal Expert for overall coordination and implementation of DHARMA after DTL and TL.
• Review and finalize instrumentation action plans in Project Screening Templates (PSTs) for instrumentation, SCADA, and Surveillance & Control Systems.
• Provide technical support for centralized control and command centers and individual control rooms at DRIP dams.
• Oversee data collection, transmission, processing, and analysis, and finalize outcome report protocols.
• Ensure proper O&M of established instrumentation at DRIP dams.
• Prepare technical bid documents including bill of quantities, technical specifications, and instrument selection based on dam type.
• Conduct third-party CS&QA inspections and manage transmittals.

What you'll need

• Have a degree in any branch of Engineering.
• Have at least 10 years in planning of instrumentations and related dam systems including SCADA, Surveillance, Control System, and automation.
• Experience conducting work supervision for installation and commissioning of dam instrumentation.
• Have experience in minimum 3 large dams.
