Data Analyst II

Overview

Data Analyst II to own and improve Kepler, a tractions feed tracking US consumer transactions, with a focus on accuracy, methodology, and client-facing AI outputs.

What you'll do

• Own Kepler data content end-to-end, delivering outputs focused on accuracy.
• Work with large datasets to build expertise in proprietary methods.
• Refine methodologies by testing new datasets and addressing ambiguous data problems.
• Use AI and tooling to automate workflows and validate correctness and quality.
• Write prompts and run automated evaluations to ensure the Kepler Insight Agent is accurate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock work, align on best practices, and streamline data processes.

What you'll need

• 4–6+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Expert fluency in SQL.
• Experience using Python or PySpark for reliable, reusable analysis workflows.
• Ability to quickly learn complex data methodologies and build strong mental models.
• Experience leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear communication of complex concepts including methodology, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Active use of AI tools and interest in using AI to drive leverage.
