Data Analyst Intern

Overview

Data Analytics Intern supporting Zynga's Social Games portfolio, using data to drive decisions and uncover insights. Internship period is 6 months.

What you'll do

• Analyze game performance using metrics like retention, monetization, and engagement
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and game health
• Assist in designing A/B tests and interpreting their results
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to support data-driven decision making
• Explore and visualize large datasets to identify trends and opportunities

What you'll need

• Basic foundation in statistics and data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Ability to draw meaningful insights from complex datasets
• Passion for games and an eagerness to learn about the mobile gaming industry
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• This role is only for students graduating in 2027

Nice to have

• Python or R
• Any previous internship, project work, or analytics coursework
