Data Partner Leader

Overview

Data Partner Leader responsible for sourcing, connecting with, and negotiating collaborations to acquire POS Tlog data from independent trade stores via POS software companies and data providers.

What you'll do

• Work with the Data Strategy team and regional Product Leads to align vendor sourcing with the product roadmap.
• Develop country- and channel-level sourcing plans and align store/channel targets with vendor needs.
• Generate leads and conduct desktop research/referrals/networking to find POS providers and data aggregators/extractors.
• Initiate and manage deal discussions, including NDAs and stage-based testing data feedback.
• Negotiate deals, support business case approval, and execute contracts for vendor collaboration.
• Ensure handover of vendor relationship to eData and internal teams for technical elements post-contract.
• Support expansion identification and plan creation with Global Data Partnership teams.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial (sales or customer service).
• Strong business development and SMB business acumen.
• Understanding of POS software & hardware capabilities basics.
• Excellent negotiation skills and contract/legal negotiation understanding.
• Sharp financial acumen and ability to build vendor relationships from research onwards.
• Strong communication, presentation, and sales pitching skills.
