Delivery Engineer II (GTM)

Overview

Delivery Engineer II (GTM) owns post-sales onboarding and data health for a customer portfolio, ensuring customers successfully integrate Mixpanel into their product development processes.

What you'll do

• Own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing data health for a portfolio of primarily SMB and scaled accounts.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation, data discrepancies, and configuration questions and run proactive implementations.
• Monitor data health and partner with a Customer Value Architect (CVA) on remediation plans.
• Define project outcomes with the CVA, including associated business impact at the customer organization.
• Organize projects, manage timelines and expectations, and escalate when needed.
• Run Mixpanel implementations using methods including SDKs, CDPs, event streaming, reverse ETL, and warehouse connectors.

What you'll need

• Technical, client-facing experience in implementation/onboarding/professional services/technical consulting/solutions or support engineering.
• Comfort executing using established resources, frameworks, and processes.
• Experience leading or project-managing technical, customer-facing work from start to finish.
• Ability to discuss data architecture, schemas, instrumentation, and API concepts; familiarity with SQL/Python/SDKs/CDPs/data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Familiarity with product analytics implementation methods such as SDKs, CDPs, event streaming, and reverse ETL.
• Familiarity with analytics best practices and mapping them to customer projects.
