Overview

Technical leader responsible for synthesis strategy, QoR convergence, and execution across large GPU/SoC hierarchies.

What you'll do

• Own synthesis closure for major hierarchies.
• Define quality-of-results strategy.
• Resolve highly complex synthesis issues.
• Act as the synthesis focal point across functions.
• Lead flow and automation initiatives.
• Mentor senior engineers.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of deep synthesis experience.
• Experience owning tapeout.
• Strong methodology leadership.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to drive cross-functional technical decisions.
• Ability to solve highly complex, multidimensional problems.
