Design Verification Engineer

Overview

Hardware and silicon validation engineer validating analog amplifiers, silicon photonics and coherent DSP components for high-bandwidth optical links.

What you'll do

• Review overnight test data and compare it against expectations; write summary reports.
• Review data with your manager and set up test benches to test different parameters.
• Set up and calibrate test equipment for measurements.
• Debug unexpected results independently or with mentors and the team, iterating with designers until a solution is found.
• Move forward on the tape-out process and involve other functions once testing meets expectations.
• Present your work to colleagues in weekly team meetings and sometimes to other teams.
