Digital Sales Representative

Overview

Digital Sales Representative role focused on growing Twilio’s nonprofit/social impact accounts through lead qualification, solution selling, and closing deals.

What you'll do

• Manage and expand customer accounts across nonprofit categories within Twilio.org.
• Understand customer business and technical requirements to design solutions for use cases.
• Own end-to-end sales cycles to close new revenue, protect revenue, and drive upsells/cross-sells.
• Execute programmable sales plays to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute renewals and support digital communication strategy.
• Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce/CRM.

What you'll need

• At least 5+ years of sales, marketing, and/or operations experience in a technical SaaS/CPaaS space with a top-performance record.
• Technical solutions selling and closing experience.
• Experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
• Analytical account development strategy using data to identify opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex technical/financial details.
• Strong process-orientation and organizational/prioritization/documentation skills.

Details

• Remote role based in the UK, with occasional travel for in-person meetings.
