Director– Strategic M&A & Value Realisation

Overview

Director/VP responsible for end-to-end people charter work across global mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments at InMobi.

What you'll do

• Own pre-LOI integration and org due diligence inputs related to leadership, structure, culture, and workforce cost.
• Lead end-to-end integration strategy across people, org, cost, systems, and culture through Day-1/30/90/Year-1 outcomes.
• Drive org, talent, and culture assimilation, including redundancy, leadership transitions, and retention decisions.
• Architect and deliver synergies across workforce/leadership layers, vendors/platforms/infrastructure, and operating model simplification.
• Track value realised vs committed and partner with Finance for P&L and cash impact visibility.
• Act as an extension of the CHRO for enterprise-wide governance, executive updates, and risk/blocker communication.
• Institutionalise M&A integration playbooks, trackers, and governance models for repeatable execution.

What you'll need

• 12–18+ years of experience across People Strategy, M&A, Integration, or Consulting.
• 4–7+ years in consulting or M&A advisory environments (e.g., Big 4, Aon, Mercer, WTW).
• Strong hands-on experience with global acquisitions (US and EMEA mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience owning post-deal integration and value realisation.
• Deep understanding of org design and workforce economics, including rewards and cost structures.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and executive presence.
• Ability to operate with high ambiguity, speed, and accountability.
