District Sales Manager

Overview

District Sales Manager responsible for managing Account Manager performance against monthly sales/KPI targets, coaching and conducting performance reviews, and overseeing route training and evaluation.

What you’ll do

• Set sales/KPI targets for each assigned Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators.
• Provide feedback, coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners and decision makers.
• Spend 2 full days per week on route rides (gate to gate) to train and evaluate performance.
• Teach Account Managers selling skills including role plays, objections handling, retail math, and buying personalities.
• Run Account Manager meetings/workshops in group and 1:1 formats to improve operational expertise.

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.

Details

• Base salary range: $85,000 - $94,000 plus cash incentives.
